Bacon Rolls with Honey and Soy Glaze

Ingredients
- Bacon rolls
- 200 g Mushrooms (sliced)
- 80 g Carrots (julienne)
- 120 g Ham (sliced)
- 400 g Asparagus (cooked)
- 10 Bacon Rashers (rindless)
Dressing
- Honey glaze
- 600 ml Honey
- 150 ml Lee Kum Kee Gold Label Soy Sauce
- 150 ml Water
- Melt the honey with the soy and water over a low heat and stir well

How to make it

Wrap the mushrooms, carrot, ham and asparagus in the bacon rashers and bake at 250 °C for 7 minutes.

Brush with the honey glaze and return to the oven until golden.
