350 g Cooked rice (about 2 cups)
90 g Ham (diced)
50 g Prawns (or meat, cooked)
3 pcs Beaten Eggs
1 pc Onion (chopped)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

How to make it
Pan-fry the eggs into thin egg sheets. Shred and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Sauté ginger and onion until fragrant. Add ham, prawns and stir-fry until done.
Add cooked rice, shredded egg and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
