What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 500 g Bow or Penne Pasta
  • 2 cups Carrot (julienne)
  • 2 cups Snow Peas(julienne)
  • 2 cups Bean Shoots
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 6 Red Chillies (julienne)
  • 1/2 cup Basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mint (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (chopped)

How to make it

  1. Cook the pasta and drain under cold water.
  2. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients and toss into the past, just before serving, with cherry tomatoes, carrot, snow peas and bean shoots.
