How to make it

  1. Gently blend all ingredients (except Edamame) through Robot Coupe Mixer (set aside).
  2. Heat up wok and add cooking oil.
  3. Add in edamame and quick tossed it in wok to obtain charred and smokey flavour.
  4. Served hot on sideplate. Topped with chilli crumbs.
