In a bowl, combine honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger and rice wine. Mix well. Add the pork to the marinade, making sure it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavour.
-
Cook the rice according to packet instructions.

If using a regular oven then heat to 200°C fan bake and cook the pork in a single layer in a roasting dish for 15 minutes or so, turning half way through cooking. If you have an air fryer then place the pork in the basket and set the air fryer to 200°C. Try not to overcrowd the basket. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the pork is caramelised and cooked through. The cooking time might vary depending on the thickness of the pork and your air fryer model.
-
Heat a film of oil in a large frying pan and stir fry the onion, carrots and broccoli until lightly cooked. Adding a splash of water will create steam that can help the vegetables to cook evenly.
-
Serve the pork with rice, accompanied by the vegetables.
