  • 227 g Fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into rounds
  • 1 Whole tomato, medium, cut into rounds
  • 2 Pieces 8" pre-made pizza dough

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 57 g Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped basil

How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Lee Hoisin Sauce and tomato sauce. Set aside.
  2. Brush pizza dough with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Divide tomato mixture into two individual portions. Assemble pizzas and bake at 450 degree temperature for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Serve with Hoisin Sauce if desired.
