  • 170 g Carrot, diced, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Head lettuce, cleaned, leaves separated
  • 113 g Button mushrooms, cut into small pieces
  • 227 g Ground pork
  • 57 g Rice sticks, deep fried, drained
  • 113 g Onion, diced, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil

Seasoning

  • 1 pinch Black pepper, for taste
  • 2 cloves Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

How to make it

  1. Cook ground pork with 2 tbsp. oil until brown.
  2. Add carrots, onion, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through.
  4. Season with black pepper (pork mixture).
  5. Arrange lettuce in a plate. Pour over pork mixture.
  6. Garnish with fried rice stick. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce.
