  • 350 g Salmon fillet cut into pieces
  • 120 g Capsicum (s), shredded

Marinade

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • A dash White Peppercorn Powder

Sauce Mix

  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Water

How to make it

  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry salmon in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry capsicum in remaining oil for a short while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fried salmon fillet.
