300 g Mackerel Fillet
40 g Yard-long Green Beans [finely chopped]
Seasoning
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
½ pc Egg
1 pc Kaffir Lime Leaf [chopped]
½ tsp Chopped Bird’s Eye chilli
¼ tsp Lime Zest
⅛ tsp Black Peppercorn
1 tsp Chopped Lemongrass
1 tsp Chopped Shallot

2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Chopped Roasted Peanuts
½ tsp Chopped Bird’s Eye chilli

How to make it
Mash Mackerel fillet. Blend with little salt and water in a mixing bowl until sticky. Add beans and Seasoning Mix and mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 8-10 balls and flatten a bit to form round patties.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a skillet. Semi deep-fry over medium heat until both sides golden and cooked. Serve with the mixed Dipping Sauce.
