1½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
2 tsp Mirin
1 tsp Wasabi

How to make it
Heat oil in a pan and fry bean curd until golden brown. Dish out and transfer to a serving plate.
Prepare the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Top fried bean curd with shredded toasted laver. Serve with seasoning mix ingredients as dipping sauce.
