Blanch semi-dried oysters in boiling water. Drain.

Add diced semi-dried oysters, water chestnuts, Chinese parsley and marinade to minced dace fillet. Stir well. Shape into 8 small balls. Set aside.

Cook fish balls in boiling water until float or deep –fry in hot oil until done.

Cook lettuce or other vegetables in boiling water until tender. Arrange on plate and place small balls on top of cooked vegetables.

Cook sauce mix until heated through. Pour sauce over fish balls and cooked vegetables to serve.
