500g Chicken Breasts (cut into pieces)
1/2 Onion (cut into pieces)
A pinch of Salt
1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Oil
100ml Water

How to make it
Marinate the chicken with salt and corn starch for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and pan-fry the chicken until half cook.
Add onion and stir fry until fragrant.
Add Lee Kum Kee Local Street Style Fish Ball Sauce and stir fry until fully cook.
Add water, turn into low heat after boiled, cook for about 3 minutes.
