How to make it

  1. Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil until nearly cooked.

  2. Add onion and green capsicum and stir-fry over high heat.
  3. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce, heat through and serve with rice or noodles.
