  • 600g Shanghai rice cakes
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 250g Pork (minced)
  • 8 pcs Water chestnuts (peeled and diced)
  • 1 Capsicum (diced)
  • 4 heaped tbsp Green peas

Seasoning

  • 170g Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 375ml Water

How to make it

  1. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry Shanghai rice cakes for a while. Toss in minced pork, water chestnuts, capsicums and green peas. Stir well.
  2. Add seasoning mix ingredients, cover and cook on low heat for 8 mins until sauce thickens.
  3. Dish out and serve.
