How to make it

  1. In a hot pan, blanch bok choy for 3 minutes, or until tender, but still with texture.

  2. Drain and arrange decoratively onto a plate.
  3. Drizzle with ample Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and scatter over roasted garlic pieces, serve immediately.
