  • 120g Pork (shredded)
  • 120g Egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 slices Ginger (shredded)
  • 150g Bean sprouts
  • 1 pc Red chilli (shredded)
  • 2 stalks Spring onions (cut into 5cm lengths)

Marinade

  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Cooking wine
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Mix pork with marinade ingredients.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry ginger and bean sprouts for 1 min. Set aside.
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry red chillies, spring onions and pork until cooked through.
  5. Stir in egg noodles, ginger and bean sprouts. Add soy sauce, stir well until heated through. Serve.
