What You Will Need
Ingredients
180g Chicken fillets (cut into strips)
2 Garlic cloves (sliced)
2 tsp Oil
1 Red capsicum (deseeded and cut into strips)
1 Yellow capsicum (deseeded and cut into strips)
1 Green capsicum (deseeded and cut into strips)
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth
Marinade
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth
1 tsp Corn starch
How to make it
Mix chicken with marinade ingredients and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken and garlic. Add capsicums, water and 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Broth. Quickly stir-fry over high heat until cooked.
Dish out and serve.
