1 Red chilli (sliced)
120g Button mushrooms (sliced)
50g Baby corns (sliced)
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Marinade
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Water
1 tsp Corn starch

How to make it
Mix chicken with marinade ingredients.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry red chillies. Add chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add button mushrooms, baby corns and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 mins then, dish out and serve.
