Combine the beef mince, spring onions, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey and cornflour in a large bowl. Mix until well combined and slightly sticky.

Shape the mixture into approximately 12 meatballs.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey and water.

Pour the sauce into the pan and toss the meatballs until evenly coated. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and extra spring onion.
