  • 400 g Chicken wings [middle joint]
  • 170 g Chestnuts [cooked]
  • 3 pcs Chinese mushroom(s) [soaked and cut into pieces]
  • 2 pcs [sectioned] Green onion(s)
  • 1/2 tbsp [minced] Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp [optional] Cooking wine
  • Iceberg lettuce [for serving]

Marinade

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Corn starch

Sauce Mix

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 250 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Sugar

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken wings with marinade.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Sauté minced garlic, Chinese mushrooms and green onions. Add chicken wings and stir-fry until done.
  3. Sprinkle with wine. Add chestnuts and sauce mix. Simmer with lid on until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve with lettuce.
