  • 8 Small Chinese mushrooms [soaked and drained]
  • 8 small slices [about 50 g] Carrots

Marinade

  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Corn starch
  • ½ tsp Shao Hsing wine
  • White Pepper powder to taste

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Seasoned Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

How to make it

  1. Mix garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots with marinade.
  2. Arrange garoupa fillet, Chinese mushrooms and carrots in order on a serving plate. Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes or until done. Pour away excess liquid.
  3. Pour seasoning mix over ingredients. Serve hot.
