How to make it

  1. Season the prawns and salmon fillet cubes with the marinade ingredients for at least 1 hr.
  2. Assemble the skewers by piercing through onions, assorted capsicums, prawns and salmon cubes.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan. Pan fry the skewers until the ingredients change colour.
  4. Put the skewers onto a tray. Coat with Lee Kum Kee Salt Reduced Soy Sauce. Bake the skewers in a 200°C preheated oven until golden brown.
