Roasted Chicken with Honey and Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 1 pc Dressed Chicken [about 1.5 kg]
Seasoning
- 500 ml Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Freshly Minced Garlic
- 4 pcs Star Anise
- 10 slices Ginger
- 1500 ml Water
Dipping
- Glazing
- 100 g Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- ¼ cup Honey

How to make it

Bring the seasoning mix to boil. Drop in the chicken, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Take out the chicken and put on roasting pan. Brush with the glazing evenly.

Put in pre-heated 160°C degree oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden and cooked. Brush occasionally with the glazing.
