How to make it

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir-fry pork/prawns for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the cooked noodles with Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce, vegetables, cooked shredded egg and chillis. Combine well.

  3. Serve with a garnish of crushed peanuts, fresh coriander and lime wedges (optional).
