  • 250 g Fresh Clams on Shells
  • 120 g Linguini
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • Onion(s) 90 g [chopped]
  • Red Chili 1 pc [chopped]

Sauce Mix

  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce

How to make it

  1. Cook the linguini in boiling water according to packet instruction or until soft. Drain.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil and sauté garlic, onion and red chili. Add clams and cook until done.
  3. Return linguini in pan and add sauce mix. Toss well to serve hot.
