  • 25g Shallots (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 450g Cooked rice
  • 120g Roasted Chinese barbecue pork / char siu, diced
  • 25g Spring onions, diced

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 1½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry shallots until fragrant. Add in eggs and stir-fry until half cooked. Toss in rice, char siu, seasoning mix and spring onions. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  2. Dish out and serve.
