How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 160ºC fan bake and line an oven tray with baking paper.

  2. Place the almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on the oven tray and drizzle over the Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Pure Sesame Oil and honey. Toss to coat then place in the oven to roast for 15 minutes, stir halfway through. Then set aside to cool and dry out.

  3. While the nuts and seeds are roasting, prepare the slaw ingredients. Toss in a large bowl and set aside.

  4. In a food processor, blitz together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the slaw and toss to incorporate.

  5. Just before serving, add half of the nuts and seeds and mix through. Transfer to a serving plate then top with remaining nuts and seeds.
