2 tbsp Oil
75g Ginger (peeled and sliced)
75g Spring onions (cut into 5cm lengths)
Sauce Mix
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Corn starch
100ml Water

How to make it
Blanch oysters in boiling water. Drain.
Heat oil in a clay pot or casserole. Stir-fry ginger and spring onions until fragrant. Add oysters and continue to stir-fry well.
Pour in sauce mix ingredients and cook until heated through. Dish out and serve hot.
