What You Will Need

  • 150g Chicken breast or thigh fillets
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 150g Papaya (diced)
  • 75g Capsicums (diced)
  • 75g Salad vegetables
  • 50g Cucumber (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Fish roe

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • A pinch of white pepper

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and allow to cool. Dice and set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Stir in seasoning mix ingredients before serving.
