In a mixing bowl, toss together the chicken sausage, sliced zucchini, squash, asparagus, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Add in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Cajun seasoning. Toss together until nicely coated with the seasoning.
Heat a large pan to medium high heat with a little olive oil. When hot, add in the chicken sausage and veggies. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the veggies are soft and the sausage is cooked through. Then add in the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked.
Place into a large serving plate and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a lemon wedge.
