- 200 g Cucumber (shredded)
- 90 g Pressed bean curd (cooked, shredded)
- 50 g Celery (shredded)
- 50 g Carrot (s) (shredded)
- 1 pc Capsicum (s) (shredded)
Dressing
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
- 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
