Lee Kum Kee Mala Seafood XO Sauce is an all purpose gourmet condiment made from selected ingredients such as dried scallops, dried shrimps, chilli peppers and spices, enhanced with the distinctive flavor of Mala. . It is an excellent sauce for stir-fry dishes, especially good for stir-fried rice, noodles, tofu and seafood. It is also ideal for serving as a delicious dipping sauce to enhance the taste of all dishes.
