💥Bringing the taste of possibility to Bhutan! For the first time, our Global Culinary Immersion Programme has landed in the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Since 2011, this programme has travelled across seven countries, promoting Chinese culinary culture worldwide.

Partnering with Bhutan's inspiring De-suung Skilling Programme (DSP), we hosted an immersive five-day culinary exchange for 16 young Bhutanese chefs. Guided by Chef Vincent Liew, Executive Chef at The Star Sydney, they explored the art of Asian cuisine - mastering flavour pairings, refining food presentation skills, and showcased their skills at an exclusive dinner!

This is more than cooking. It’s about cultural exchange, talent development, and creating a brighter future together.
